Shipwatch Yacht and Tennis Club

Wednesday Afternoon Mixed Doubles (WAMD) has been a staple at Shipwatch for 11 years and runs from January thru April each year.  Congeniality and sociability are the primary goals, with a little competitive tennis thrown in as well. Our players range in skill from 3.0 to 3.5, but once in a while we are graced by a congenial 4.0 or even a 4.5 player! Each week mixed doubles partners are determined by drawing cards and we rotate players every half hour to ensure added sociability and meeting new players.  At the end of each season we have a WAMD Banquet to celebrate another fun year!   Call the ProShop office for contact information.
